Without our great staff we know our company wouldn’t be where it is now. To make sure we attract and retain the best in their field, we do everything we can to make sure Wolftek is a great place to come into everyday. We focus on keeping a good work-life balance, so everyone, from the sales team to the millwrights, remains energised and happy to come into work.

We know to stagnate is to fall behind, and our employees know it too. In a shop of our size, our employees aren’t simply placed in a role and left there to do the same job day in and day out. Just as we are growing, our employees are called on to be constantly learning and growing too, whether that’s to fill an existing niche in our shop, or to bring in a new skill that will help us meet the needs of new customers.
